The Nomikos Villas boasts one of the most spectacular sights in Greece. The complex of Nomikos Villas is situated on the edge of the caldera, a bit to the north of Thira and gives the 180 degree vista that pleases eyes and mesmerizes. To the north you will enjoy the mirror image of cliff-top Oia, to the south - the cascade of Thira. To the west you will be struck by the smouldering craters of Thirasia, Nea Kameni & Palea Kameni, and all of them are a truly awesome sight.
Built into the cliff, Nomikos Villas offers air-conditioned studios, each with bedroom, shower, WC, kitchenette and shared balcony or terrace, and apartments which are added by a lounge with sofa beds.
A small swimming pool, a wonderful terrace and bar display the advantages of the precipitous perch, which the hotel nestles on, with quite amazing sunsets. Devoid of roads this area is generally quiet. Thira itself is reached via the cliff-top path or the coastal road, both taking about 10-15 minutes on foot. Local buses take 15 minutes to travel across the island to the nearest beach at Monolithos.
The beautiful Nomikos Villas have been renovated to provide great vacations to our guests, offering a panoramic view to the volcano and the magic sunset. Nomikos Villas combined tradition with all modern facilities.
