Olympic Villas Traditional Houses are situated on the peak of a cliff offering a nice view to the village of Oia and the breathtaking Caldera. It is 14 km from Fira - the Capital of Santorini and 800 m from the center of the village. The nearest beach is 2 km away.
Olympic Villas Traditional Houses are composed of 9 lovely houses. These fine houses are approximately 150 years old. The location of 'Caldera' was selected, because it was the cheapest part of the island since it could not be cultivated. Moreover, the cave houses keep a fairly stable temperature throughout the year. The traditional houses are hot during winter and cool during summer time. The size was fitted to the needs of the resident family and limited by natural obstacles such as big rocks. When the children were about to start their own family they would either build an additional room or, if there was enough space, they would build a new cave house next to the old one. This is the way the entire village was constructed. Today the 'Caldera' area is protected by very strict building regulations in order to keep the traditional look and architecture.
Olympic Villas Traditional Houses offers also 13 apartments and 7 studios.

Hotel facilities
The hotel has two swimming pools, one on each side of the hotel. It also has common terraces with sun beds and umbrellas (no charge), one big chessboard (no charge), reception area (air-conditioning), snack bar and safe boxes (with charge). All our traditional houses, apartments and studios have fully equipped kitchenettes, bathrooms with shower, private balconies or terraces, telephone and air-conditioning.
Olympic Villas provides daily room service (fresh face towels, rubbish removing, floor cleaning) and additional fresh sheets & body towels every 3 or 4 days.

Room facilities
Our houses can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. 7 of the houses have one bedroom & 2 of the houses have two bedrooms.
All the traditional houses have bathroom, kitchenette, private terrace and view to Caldera. They are ideal for newly-weds and people, who want to experience new things in their vacations. Due to their location they are inconvenient for babies and elderly or physically disabled people.

The Olympic Villas Studios belong to the new building complex. They have view of the Cyclades islands of Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros etc. They are fully equipped, like the apartments and the traditional houses. Studios can accommodate 2 - 3 persons. They are ideal for people that want to have the quality services and facilities of our villas at the minimum cost. Of course you can always walk to the side of the Caldera and enjoy the view of the volcano and the other islands. Studios offer: Toilet with shower, Fully Equipped Kitchenette, Air-Condition, Telephone, balcony or terrace.

These Apartments along with the studios and the reception area compose the new building. They are approximately 14 years old and they are redecorated almost every year. The Olympic Villas complex has 10 apartments with one bedroom & 3 apartments with two separate bedrooms. All of them have toilet with shower & kitchen. Some apartments have view of Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros islands but most of them have view of the magnificent Caldera.
The architecture in this new building is typical for Cyclades. The apartments are ideal for families or groups of 2 to 4 persons. They combine the advantages of a modern building with the unique view to the Aegean Islands
